1. Allow the electronic forklift scale to warm up before use by lifting the boom 5–10 times; this brings the hydraulic pressure and sensors up to normal operating temperature.
2. During operation, when lifting the bucket, first ensure the boom control lever is set to the rearmost position so that the bucket is at its innermost point.
3. The boom system must be thoroughly lubricated to minimize friction.
4. Perform weighing operations on relatively level ground.
5. Maintain a steady, uniform speed when lifting the boom.
6. It is best to zero the scale while the vehicle is stationary.
7. Avoid moving the vehicle during the weighing process; if movement is necessary, keep the speed at approximately 10 km/h.
8. If multiple buckets are available, the specific bucket being used must be calibrated for weighing.
9. Start the vehicle before turning on the electronic scale, and turn off the scale before switching off the vehicle's power.
10. Avoid getting water inside the instrument unit during cleaning to prevent damage.
