Electronic hook scale is an industrial weighing device that measures the mass of objects in a suspended state. It complies with the national standard GB/T 11883-2017 and has an accuracy level of Class III standard. The product is widely used in industrial scenarios such as steel metallurgy, port terminals, warehousing and logistics, factories and mines, and transportation that require cooperation with lifting equipment operations. It is suitable for verifying the weight of goods entering and leaving the warehouse, weighing parts during lifting, and testing large packaging products.

The product is weighed by hanging on the crane hook, and the main body consists of high-strength hooks, shackles, all steel or aluminum alloy shells, high-precision sensors, A/D converters, and displays. The core force measuring element adopts a resistance strain sensor - the resistance value of the strain gauge changes due to the deformation of the elastic body under load, which is converted into a linear electrical signal through a Wheatstone bridge circuit. Combined with the AT-89 series single-chip microprocessor and high-precision A/D conversion technology, the analog signal is finally converted into a digital reading and displayed on the screen. Built in expert designed shake compensation circuit and intelligent digital filter effectively suppress reading drift caused by cargo shaking during suspended weighing, with a stable reading time of ≤ 10 seconds.
