Working Principle
Truck weighing sensors work based on the principle of strain gauges, converting mechanical forces into electrical signals. When the truck drives onto the weighing scale, the weight is transferred to the weighing sensor, causing slight elastic deformation of the alloy steel body. Strain gauges adhered to the surface can detect this deformation, which causes their resistance to change proportionally to the applied force.
