Q1: What is the difference between a double beam weighing sensor and a single beam sensor?

The two parallel beams of the double beam sensor achieve pure vertical displacement through rigid coupling, resulting in S-shaped deformation. The sensitivity to the displacement of the load application point is much lower than that of the single bending beam, and the anti deflection ability is stronger. The double end shear beam type (double shear beam) is designed specifically for measuring large tonnage compressive forces, with a much larger range than single end beam sensors.
