The universal forklift scale (also known as electronic forklift scale, hydraulic forklift scale or handling scale) is an integrated intelligent handling equipment that deeply integrates a high-precision weighing system with manual hydraulic handling vehicles, achieving synchronous operation of cargo handling and weighing. The product is widely used in scenarios such as warehousing and logistics centers, factory workshops, railway freight yards, highway freight stations, port terminals, and industrial and mining enterprises for weighing, inventory counting, and process measurement of goods entering and leaving the warehouse
In terms of product structure, a small manual hydraulic lift truck is used as the basis, and high-precision weighing sensors, stainless steel waterproof junction boxes, and intelligent digital display instruments are installed on the frame to form a complete weighing system. The scale platform is lifted and lowered through hydraulic drive, and the vehicle is manually operated. Each weighing data is automatically displayed on the instrument screen.
In terms of material, we offer two options: carbon steel type (surface sandblasted and treated with acrylic paint for corrosion and rust prevention) and all stainless steel type (304 material, polished and brushed treatment, waterproof and corrosion-resistant). Forks are available in two sizes: narrow fork (fork width approximately 520-570mm) and wide fork (fork width approximately 680-700mm) to accommodate different pallet sizes.
